Project Info.
Exterior of house, including but not limited to Composite Siding and wood trim, roof fascia, eaves, Stairs in the back, railing, in its entirety, but excluding Deck by the Jacuzzi, & other maintenance free items.
* Remove any necessary exterior amenities; light fixtures, address numbers etc…
* Thoroughly pressure wash exterior to remove loose peeling paint, dirt and debris.
* Scrape and sand all applicable surfaces to remove remaining peeling paint and or loose materials.
* Remove all recently applied caulk material around windows, trim and re-caulk with VULKEM or similar product. *Note. Some old caulk might remain.
* Patch all holes in wood trim using applicable materials. Deep holes or patches shall be filled with Bondo or similar material.
* Fill all compromising cracks in siding using applicable materials .
* Mask all windows, doors, Jacuzzi, walkways and steps to prevent over spray and paint mistakes.
* Spot prime siding, stairs, including but not limited to siding, as well as all bare wood surfaces using Prep Rite Primer.
* Paint Siding using A-100 Exterior Latex Paint with an airless sprayer than brush or roller.
* Paint eaves and trim, fascia same color using A-100 Exterior Latex Paint with an airless sprayer than brush or roller. siding shall be back rolled.
We apply paint with a sprayer which will result in up to 50% MORE paint on your home. Then, finishing the paint by brushing & rolling it will insure an even film, which is worked into the surface.
* Remove masking materials.
* Remove any paint mistakes and over spray that may have occurred. Contractor is responsible for removing any over-spray.
* Perform any necessary touch ups.
* Replace all previously removed exterior amenities.
